You can divert your calls to us at short notice, occasionally or permanently, and your messages will be passed to you as per your requirement, be it immediately, daily, upon your return from a trip or when you call in to retrieve them.  All calls are answered at our premises – we don’t outsource to anyone – and we will take full messages for you, deal with your callers’ queries or make appointments for you; the choice is yours.

Many of our clients have call answering as part of their admin support packages.  Click here for more information on those.  For those clients who don’t need our office back up assistance, we provide a simple telephone answering service.  All our call handling plans include a reserved telephone line just for your use, and all your calls are answered with your company name and/or preferred greeting.
