Sam has been with Standby since 2008 and it didn't take long before she had established a formidable reputation for getting the job done.  She seamlessly manages her full time client’s account, solving its members’ problems from Perth to Penzance, and across the globe.

She operates their personal software system, managing their website and organising their national events, team meetings and publications from her desk, as well as attending regional events across the country and providing their management with support services of the highest quality.
