Standby Office - Keeping it confidential - You want your business, financial and personal affairs to remain private: at Standby we respect this

You want your business, financial and personal affairs to remain private: at Standby we respect this.  With this principle in mind, how would outsourcing work for you?

Since 1983 Standby has developed an excellent reputation for the sensitive handling of every type of data for a variety of clients.  This includes our work on legal cases, such as financial disputes and bereavement issues, and a broad spectrum of activities on behalf of businesses, clubs and charities.

We fully understand that your personal, business and financial affairs (and/or that of your clients) must be kept out of the public domain and to that end we operate a strict policy of data protection at all times.

This includes having a first class, regularly updated firewall and antivirus system, as well as keeping all documents and electronic files in secure storage, deploying encryption passwords on all databases and data files, and using a licensed shredding service for the disposal of sensitive documents.

Your confidence in our service is important to us, and your privacy and security are paramount in everything we do.

Standby is registered under the 1998 Data Protection Act, and all work carried out by any member of the Standby team is completed in-house and handled in total confidence.  As a testament to our professionalism in this respect, we have been approached time and again to complete work for various branches of the National Health Service, the Courts of Law, the Police, many solicitors and barristers, and countless members of the public in connection with criminal trials, disciplinary hearings, civil disputes and other sensitive matters where accuracy, privacy and confidentiality are crucial.
